For the second year, we have been working, growing and winning together as a single large Area. We overcame the challenges of 2021, which has become another growth point for us. Step-change in New Categories, reloading our SLA and outstanding business performance are just a portion of our brilliant year-end results.
The journey towards A Better Tomorrow would have been impossible without the talented and professional employees of BAT. These are the people who step by step bring our adult consumers, employees, society and shareholders closer to A Better Tomorrow. We will name the best teams at the RUCAB Lead Ahead Awards 2021 which have already become a tradition! Nominations will reflect the four pillars of our new SLA - Consumers, People, Society and Shareholders. The fifth nomination will be Transformation culture - the winners in this category will be the most flexible, fast and energetic teams.
